The market currently demands
that candidates possess either of the following attributes:
(i) Graduate calibre, preferably
in a numerate discipline.
(ii) A minimum of 2 years experience analytical experience
in a commercial lending environment.
(iii) Ideally possess practical experience in big ticket
lending
(iv) Forensic analysts experienced in scorecard development
(v) Credit underwriting management experience
(vi) Experience of training and developing junior staff
